Why This Project Didn't Work

YouTube's API doesn't provide chronological comment access. You can only fetch "newest available" or "top by relevance" - there's no way to retrieve the actual first comments on a video, which were the entire point of the piece.

Speed isn't everything. These rushed "first!" comments hold little value. Find your own path.
